Paralysis

Paralysis involves the loss of muscle function for one or more limbs. Paralysis is usually accompanied by a loss of feeling. Paralysis can be complete or partial and depending on the areas affected can be titled paraplegia or quadriplegia. Some paralysis is due to injuries from a car accident or crash which causes spinal cord injury or a broken neck. Although there is currently not cure for paralysis, persons suffering from paralysis can attempt to restore their quality of life through the necessary medical treatment, professional help, and therapy.
