Premises Liability

Premises liability can involve a slip/trip and fall on the real property of another due to the negligence of a property owner, tenant or landlord. Other premises liability include inadequate lighting, open excavations, uneven pavement, standing water, crumbling curbs, wet floors, uncleared snow, icy walks, falling objects, inadequate security, concealed holes, improperly secured mats, or defects in chairs or benches.
